Finmap AI Copilot is a tool built on the OpenAI API. It works as a financial assistant and creates a detailed report based on your company’s data.
It analyzes your Cash Flow report for the current month and the previous three months, highlights key points, and suggests specific solutions. The goal is to help you make faster and more informed financial decisions based on data.
How to Generate a Report
The feature is available for Company Owners. In the top right corner, you will see a special icon. By clicking on it, you can generate an AI report.
- If you are an added employee and want access to report generation — please contact support.
- If you are the company owner but do not see the icon to start AI Copilot — also contact support.

What the Report Includes
Finmap AI Copilot has four main sections:
- Analysis of overall financial health — an assessment of business stability and detection of potential risks.
- Analysis of income and expenses — what brings profit and what “eats up” resources.
- Comparison with market standards — understanding how your business looks compared to competitors.
- Conclusions and recommendations — moving from analytics to concrete actions.
Report Features
Based on your financial data, Finmap AI Copilot can:
- give a detailed breakdown of cash flow: explain why the balance changed and what influenced the movement of funds;
- evaluate business profitability over time — by months, categories, clients;
- detect inefficient expenses, including regular payments that bring no results;
- show which products or directions bring the most income, and which need to be reviewed;
- assess risks and provide warnings;
- suggest advice on product range and pricing policy;
- perform an automatic extended P&L analysis;
- generate a TOP-10 steps list — specific actions to improve financial results.
Security
The security of your data is Finmap’s priority. The use of the OpenAI API is set up to keep your financial information confidential:
- Data is not used for model training. OpenAI does not get access to your reports beyond the current task.
- Each request is processed separately. After completion, the data is deleted — the system does not keep history between sessions.
- Information is not available to other users. It does not go into shared databases or open sources.
That means every time Finmap AI Copilot analyzes your report, it does it only for you, only at that moment, and without saving the information.
