Type of support: automated support (AI) only.
- AI responses based on a knowledge base.
- Responses moderated by a support manager once every 3 days.
- Consultations — ❌ not provided.

Type of support: hybrid (AI + support team)
- AI responds, and a support department specialist connects if necessary.
- Responses are moderated by a support manager on a daily basis.
- Consultations — ❌ not provided.

Type of support: AI + support team + voice communication
- 1 consultation per month (up to 30 minutes) via Zoom or Google Meet.
- If necessary, connection via AnyDesk.
- Chat support from support managers.

Type of support: Senior Support Manager + priority service
- 2 consultations per month (30 minutes each) via Zoom or Google Meet.
- If necessary, connection via AnyDesk.
- Priority processing of requests with the involvement of a Senior Support Manager.

Type of support: Personal Dedicated Senior Support Manager
- Constant contact with a dedicated support specialist.
- 4 consultations per month (30 minutes), flexible schedule.
- Individual online meetings, support with connecting integrations with banks, technical settings of the company, etc.
- Connection via AnyDesk.

$50/hour — available for all plans except Starter
- Assistance with setting up integrations with banks.
- Training new team members.
- Analyzing technical requests regarding analytics, filter settings, multi-currency issues, and other individual requests.

Format: Google Meet, Zoom, or AnyDesk. You can choose the time yourself using our calendar.

These regulations have been created to ensure a balance between high-quality user service and a healthy work environment for our support team.
