In the window that opens, add new tags, for example, "Stage 1", "Stage 2", "Insulation", "Final stage".
Now configure the employee's access to tags.
Go to the Users section and click on the description of the position rights.
In the rights settings, look for the Tags item and set the appropriate access.
For example, an employee can view all tags and edit only certain ones.
Then the operation goes through all the necessary stages of approval between employees, which you can track by the number of tags.
The procedure can be as follows:
- The employee creates a planned payment with the "Stage 1" tag.
- The manager can filter and view all payments with the "Stage 1" tag or view all planned payments with the "Insulation" tag. As soon as the stage is completed, the Contractor can add the "Completed" tag.
