How to connect Hutko to Finmap
Payments, fees, and refunds from Hutko flow into your company reports automatically.
Hutko is a Ukrainian online acquiring service that accepts card payments on your website or in your app. Connect Hutko to Finmap so you don’t have to export reports daily or move transactions by hand: payments, fees, and refunds sync automatically, and you see online revenue in a single report alongside your other company accounts.
What to get from Hutko
Merchant ID — in the Hutko dashboard: portal.hutko.org → Merchant settings → Main profile.
Reports API secret key — this key is not in the dashboard. Contact Hutko support and ask for the ID and secret key for the Reports API. The same dashboard section also holds a payment secret key for CMS modules — do not use it, it’s a different key and the integration will not work with it.
How to connect in Finmap
Marketplace → Industry solutions → the Hutko card → Connect. Enter the Account ID (Merchant ID) and Private key (from Hutko support). In the next window, select the account for Hutko payments: create a new one (name, currency, start date) or use an existing one.
What transactions appear in Finmap
The following Hutko operations arrive on the selected account:
successful payment — as income;
Hutko fee — as a separate expense;
refunds and cancellations — as expenses.
Rejected and expired payments do not reach Finmap.
Category and counterparty are not filled in automatically — assign them manually or set up auto-rules. Each transaction’s comment already contains the payment system, masked card, payer email, order number, and description — use this data to find a specific payment or to build auto-rules.
Which account currency to choose
Pick an account in the currency Hutko settles with you. Finmap does not currently reconcile transaction currency with account currency — if you accept payments in several currencies, the amount may be recorded incorrectly.
How often data refreshes
Data from Hutko updates approximately every 2 hours — on an active plan. On the first connection, Finmap loads transaction history from the date you specify in the account window. The maximum depth is one year.
The first transactions will appear in Finmap within two hours of connecting. In the P&L report you see net online revenue after Hutko’s fee is deducted; in Cash Flow you see actual settlement dates from the acquiring service alongside movements in your other company accounts.
Connect Hutko and unlock even more automated solutions for your business.
