ㅤThis functionality is available both when editing an already saved payment and for a newly created transaction
ㅤTo distribute a payment between projects, you need to:
1. open an existing payment or add a new one
2. specify the amount of the transaction
3. click “distribute payment to projects”ㅤ

ㅤ4. Next, you can enter either the corresponding amount or the percentage of distribution between the selected projects
ㅤ📌In addition, you will also see how much amount is left to distribute, and you also have the opportunity to divide the amount equally among the projects you specified with one click.

ㅤ📌Also, in the company settings, there is an opportunity to create a ready-made template for dividing operations between projects with a fixed percentage ratio.
If necessary, you can make changes to the templates you have created when necessary.
Exports
ㅤWhen exporting (downloading) information to an Excel file, information about payments distributed among projects will be displayed as follows:
1. total amount of the transaction
2. parts of the payment distributed between projects

Import
ㅤTo fill out the Excel template and further import payments allocated to projects, transactions must be entered in this format:
1. transaction with the total amount without specifying the project (UAH 3000)
2. parts of the payment distributed among projects with the names of the projects (UAH 350, UAH 1200, UAH 1450)
