Integrating Creatio with Finmap via Apix-Drive
A step-by-step guide to setting up automatic data transfer from Creatio CRM to Finmap via the Apix-Drive service.
What is Apix-Drive
Apix-Drive is a no-code automation platform that lets you exchange data between different services without programming.
For the integration with Finmap it works like this:
Creatio → Apix-Drive → Finmap
Apix-Drive tracks changes in Creatio and automatically creates the corresponding financial operations in Finmap.
How the integration works
To set up the integration you need to:
Choose Creatio as the source system.
Choose the event that will start the automation.
Log in to Creatio.
Connect Finmap.
Map the fields.
Launch the integration.
After that, all new events will be sent to Finmap automatically.
Step 1. Create a new connection
In your Apix-Drive account, create a new Connection.

As the source system, choose:
Creatio

Step 2. Choose the trigger
Creatio supports several types of events.
Sales
Get SALES (new)
Fires after a new sale is created.
This is one of the best triggers for the integration with Finmap.
Suitable for creating financial operations automatically once a sale is completed.
Get SALES (modified)
Fires after a sale is changed.
For example:
the amount changed;
the status changed;
the terms of the sale were updated.
Used to update financial information.
Leads
Get LEADS (new)
Fires after a new lead is created.
Suitable for forecasting future sales or planned income.
Get LEADS (modified)
Fires after a lead is changed.
Can be used to update the financial forecast.
Orders
Get ORDERS (new)
Fires after a new order is created.
Suitable for creating financial operations automatically once an order is placed.
Get ORDERS (modified)
Fires after an order is changed.
For example:
the amount changed;
the list of products changed;
the fulfillment terms changed.
Lets you keep financial data in Finmap up to date.
Contacts
Get CONTACTS
Fires after a contact is created or updated.
Can be used to synchronize the client base, but is usually not used to create financial operations.
Step 3. Connect your Creatio account
Log in to your Creatio account and grant Apix-Drive the necessary permissions.

Step 4. Choose the destination system
As the destination system, choose:
Finmap

Step 5. Choose the action in Finmap
Currently three types of operations can be created through Apix-Drive.
Add RECEIPT
Creating income.
The main integration scenario.
Used for:
client payments;
sales;
order payments;
revenue.
Add COST
Creating an expense.
Suitable for passing expenses or fees in specialized scenarios.
Add TRANSFER
Creating a transfer between the company accounts.
Rarely used for the integration with Creatio.
Step 6. Map the fields
Pass the required data to Finmap:
amount;
currency;
date;
client;
sale or order number;
comment;
project;
account.
After that, run a test data transfer.
Step 7. Launch the integration
If the test succeeded, turn the automation on.
After that, all new events will create financial operations in Finmap automatically.
Recommended integration scenarios
1. New sale → Income in Finmap ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Trigger
Get SALES (new)
Action
Add RECEIPT
The most recommended scenario. Once a new sale is created in Creatio, the corresponding income appears in Finmap automatically.
2. Sale changed → Financial information updated ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Trigger
Get SALES (modified)
Action
Add RECEIPT
Suitable for companies where the amount or the parameters of a sale can change before the deal is closed.
If a sale can be edited several times, we recommend setting up logic that prevents duplicate operations.
3. New order → Income ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Trigger
Get ORDERS (new)
Action
Add RECEIPT
Lets you create financial records automatically once an order is placed.
4. Order changed → Financial information updated ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Trigger
Get ORDERS (modified)
Action
Add RECEIPT
Used to keep the amount or other financial parameters of an order up to date.
5. New lead → Planned income ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Trigger
Get LEADS (new)
Action
Add RECEIPT
Suitable for companies that do financial planning and want to account for potential future sales.
6. Lead changed → Forecast updated ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
Trigger
Get LEADS (modified)
Action
Add RECEIPT
Lets you update planned financial figures as the lead moves through the sales process.
What to pay attention to
If the Get SALES (new) and Get SALES (modified) or Get ORDERS (new) and Get ORDERS (modified) triggers are used at the same time, the logic must be set up so that the same operation is not created again after every edit.
If your business works with sales forecasting, you can use Get LEADS (new) to create planned income, and then build the actual financial operation once the sale or the order is created.
For most companies the best solution is to use Get SALES (new) as the main trigger, since it corresponds most closely to a completed sale.
For correct synchronization we recommend passing a unique Sales ID or Order ID to Finmap. This will avoid duplicate operations and make it easier to match data between Creatio and Finmap later.
